We are a highly collaborative medicinal chemistry team focused on 1) the development of chemical tools that can be utilized to enhance our understanding of disease mechanisms and 2) the development of new therapeutic leads for bacterial infections and ocular diseases. Our approach integrates synthetic chemistry, chemical and structural biology, and computational methods to provide innovative solutions to important scientific problems.
